Project Team Lead, Business Partners to CONVINCE

Jen Faucon is a global marketing and program director – with expertise in digital, advertising, CRM and technology. Jen builds businesses from the ground up – developing effective teams, establishing strategic vision, and generating revenue streams. Jen’s reach includes 10 years in Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Jen led a variety of organizations through the digital revolution at agencies McCann Worldgroup, BBDO Proximity and iProspect for powerhouse global brands General Motors, Visa, Microsoft, MasterCard, Nestle, UPS, and The Estee Lauder Companies. Additionally, Jen led technology start-ups as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Experience Officer. Jen also served as Partner at MICA Consulting Group, a recruiting and talent consulting firm.

Jen is Project Team Lead with Business Partners to CONVINCE and Business Partners for Sustainable Development, initiatives of The USCIB Foundation.

Jen holds a B.A. from Tufts University, an MEd from Lesley University and an MBA from Babson College.

Jen is a member of the Tufts Alumni Council, Co-Chairing the Strategic Planning and Alumni Resources Committees. She also served on the board of directors for American Marketing Association Boston as VP, Membership.
